Meetings, Conferences and Group Events

Meetings, conferences and group events at Sunset Waters Beach Resort are a very special experience. During their stay, guests come to look upon our hotel as their "home away from home". Business completed, they are captivated by our lagoon beach, spacious rooms, relaxed atmosphere, delicious food and friendly service. We are a smaller resort which means we are able to deliver very personalized service and will cater to every request.

In-house catering is of course available for breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks, or any other specific requirement. Sunset Waters will be pleased to provide a customized quotation.

Equipment

The hotel will provide a microphone, speakers and a screen in the Conference Room at no extra charge. However special audio-visual equipment is not included. Companies may bring their own equipment or, if required, the hotel will rent equipment for which there will be an extra charge.

Lunch and coffee breaks

If not already included in Room Rate, lunch, morning coffee and refreshment service will be charged according to the menu you select.

Dive Shop

There is a dive shop on property, Sunset Divers. If conference organizers wish to use dive facilities during their group's stay, please ask our Director of Sales and Marketing frank@sunsetwaters.com for group dive rates.
